MERCHANDIZING to us is not just about display & presentation but it also includes providing extensive product information and creating groups of products being used together to make a complete collection. We also provide the best photographs from different angles which can be used for catalogue or the presentation. Instead of just selling products we believe in providing our customers with complete solutions 

The primary objective of our product merchandising services is to maximize our customer’s retail sales and profit. We work with our customers to create merchandising solutions specific to their needs 

Developments and Sampling

After the selection of the vendor for specific products are completed we give a high importance to development and sampling, as these includes minor changes required by the buyers in existing products of the vendor or up to complete new developments requested as per their designs and concepts 

Samples are made with all the minute detailing and are inspected at all different stages like pre production, under production and finishing stage. Once the final sample is ready the sample inspection is done with all specifications as per designs and details being provided at the time of development or sample being requested 

We can also provide designing service if required where the different collections and designs will be developed by our designers and creative team members as per the buyer’s choice. We can offer Auto Cad designs, product drawing and sketches, finishing swatches, raw material samples etc 

Analyzing & Evaluation

After the samples are ready and developed, the product is analyzed and evaluated on the parameters of stability, construction, utility, aesthetics, technical assessment & finishing assessment, all these are key points for producing and selling the great products. After the product is selected for placing orders, a test production is done before the actual ordered production starts, so that we can judge the product very closely. This helps to check and test the product for any further alteration required by the buyer or vendors to meet the required quality, price & production time 

Other than the products, we specialize in analyzing & evaluating the vendor’s for their factory setup and compliance standards. We also keep an update about all industry’s rules & regulations to prevent violation of any laws. We take special care of environment and health issues during the whole process from sourcing to selling of any products. This helps the craftsmen or labourers who produce these goods, to the consumers who uses them 

We also ensure that our vendors follow the factory compliance. They must have a certification from Local health and safety department. And we also arrange for the certification of SA8000 (factory compliance audits) for the vendors. Thus the vendor follows the parameters and has a friendly working environment 

Quality Assurance & Compliance

The key to growth of Immaj Holdings has been the highest importance it gives for the quality and timely delivery of goods. Quality is ensured at every step, right from the selection of the raw-material to the final stage of packing and shipment. International standards (AQL) are been followed by our quality control and compliance staff who are well trained, efficient and reliable. They supervise and inspect the goods at all stages of production with AQL-5 and if required AQL-2.5. The time and action calendars are constantly reviewed for maintaining the delivery dates and deadlines. We believe that the quality should be assured from the very basic stage, thus our experts’ overviews the production at all the three stages 

UPI – Under Production Inspection

The on going production is checked to ensure the quality of all raw materials and component used, also the construction and manufacturing process is observed closely to achieve required quality standards, and to meet the production schedules on time 

FPI – Finished Product Inspection

All the finished products are inspected on the inspection floor or table for the quality standards and specifications as per the product inspection list; this assures the correct size, shape, colour, finishing etc… 

PGI – Packed Goods Inspection

Random packed goods are inspected for the packaging labelling and finishing. This ensures the strength of packing material to pass the drop or roll test 

This also prevents any mistake at the time of packing like wrong labelling or no labelling, missing components or hardware kits for assembling or maintenance of products, missing user instruction or manuals, dust particles left inside, etc... We also check the effects of packing material on the finished products to avoid any impression marks, smell, stain, scratch, etc… 

Packaging & Labelling

Packaging the products is as important as quality of the products and a packed product is the face of the product. The team takes utmost care in packaging and handling of products at all level from (FPI) finished product inspection to container stuffing. Hence we ensure that even after rough handling the product during transit, it reaches to the customer safely. Special packaging services are provided for fragile & high value products, also extra packaging of double cartoon pack is provided specially for company’s who wants to deliver the goods direct to their customers without unpacking the goods 

Labelling in now a days has become very important due to computerized stocking and bar coding system. We co-ordinate and communicate well in advance with our customers to fulfil all their labelling and tagging requirements. We have a standardized labelling system for providing product information like product code, price, order ref code, size, style no, colour or shade etc... 

Also a special story tags, product information tag, operation & assembling instruction manual, care and maintenance instruction manuals could be made for specific products, with all this added value we help all international brands to out source their products up to their own standards and for new brand names we work hard to build their brand through our professional packaging & labelling services 

Consolidation & Customization

We at Immaj Holdings offer consolidation program, where we coordinate and have a close check on the consolidation of all the items from different vendors, different production centres and different ports of container stuffing 

We make the customized shipment as per the requirement of our customers. We specialize in handling customized trade show shipments, where all the samples are inspected, packed and labelled with highest attention. Also we give the customized service for special projects of our customers like custom designed trade show booths, studio 

Liaison & Logistics

We work as a liaison office of our customers and co-ordinate with vendors for payments, accounting & Shipping documents. All required paper work is checked as per the buyer’s instructions and the copy documents are sent to the buyers well in advance of shipment to avoid any discrepancy. All orders are closely monitored to ensure that they are shipped on time as per the delivery schedule. We keep daily track of all our shipments and send regular updates to our clients keeping them fully informed about all their orders 

The correct and prompt update of the shipments is the essence of our logistics service. Not only final shipment but the transportation during the process of sourcing, production, consolidation, and container stuffing is also monitored. We facilitate and negotiate the best terms with shipping lines as per cargo movements and shipment projections. Specific logistics solutions are provided as per the need of each customer
